Hi, I'm Liesha, founder of Liesha Care.

My passion for supporting people with disabilities comes from both personal and professional experience. Having family members with disabilities gave me a firsthand understanding of the importance of compassionate, patient, and person-centred support, and inspired me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

With over five years of experience working in the disability sector, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals to build confidence, achieve their goals, and live more independently. Throughout my journey, I realised that quality support is about more than completing daily tasks. It's about building genuine relationships, listening, and empowering people to live life on their own terms.

That's why I founded Liesha Care.

I wanted to create a service where people feel valued, respected, and truly supported. At Liesha Care, we are committed to providing flexible, compassionate, and personalised support tailored to each individual's unique goals and needs.

For me, this is more than a business. It's a passion. I'm honoured to walk alongside participants and their families, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections within their communities. 🌻💜
